- Free training on employers' premises for employers to help them
to use the service efficiently and effectively.
- · Ongoing Customer Service support to ensure that the individual needs of the organisation is met continuously.
- Advertise using the advertising banner displayed on the Workplace
pages.
What we offer FREE to individuals:
- Access to hundreds of job vacancies, accessible all hours.
- Information regarding hundreds of courses at all levels.
- Information of what financial support is available for courses
and training.
- Signposting to childcare facilities, childcare training, childcare
vacancies and family advice.
- Access to careers information and advice including an email service.
- Signposting to additional Information Advice and Guidance Services.
While most of the information held on the site is maintained by third party providers of the information a small team of Connect staff provide support to these providers and also quality assure the data held and maintain and continuously improve the website and DiTV portal itself.
The portal is accredited to the Guidance Accreditation Boards MATRIX standards for information advice and guidance services which has replaced the Quality Standards for Learning and Work. We also work to the Guidance Council's Code of Principles
